Makhai started by accident in 2019...
Austyn Crispell (founder), was 16 years interning for a local YouTuber who sold on Amazon
Austyn's work consisted of packing orders and occasionally following the YouTuber around with a camera... but one day, Austyn wanted to try something out
He wrote a video script, had them drive to the location, and directed the short video. The video got edited into a 60 second short form, and when Austyn posted it to the YouTuber's channel, it got 11,000,000 views.
This was the birth of Makhai Media.
Austyn would apply the same techniques he used for that YouTuber to create content for other local businesses, and eventually, he expanded his business nation-wide.
He also began creating satirical comedy videos on his own social medias, which has garnered him over 1M followers across all platforms
He was left with a dillemma however... It seemed that no matter how many views he brought in for clients, they wouldn't directly translate into sales...
He had a few hypotheses and found the perfect place to test them...
During this time, Austyn closed his newest client; world-renowned sales trainer Jeremy Miner
Austyn put his hypotheses to the test on Jeremy's social medias, and since they had extensive data tracking systems already built out, we were able to determine how to transform attention into customers.
Now we take those same marketing and sales philosophies and systems and apply them into other businesses so that they too can transform attention into customers
